show off

We got to have Sam over to play with us this morning. This age is soooo cute! As soon as Sam walked in, Rivers started laughing, and running over to play with him. Then Rivs really had to get serious and start showing off for Sam. He started dancing, and climbing, running from one thing to another, showing Sam all his favorite toys, and doing things Rivs rarely does. The two of them had a blast together. It's so fun to watch them enjoying friends.

Yesterday during play time Rivs started doing the stacker all on his own.
When he completed stacking all the rings on top of each other, he looked
up at me with such a sense of pride. So cute!  . . . (now he'll work
on that stacker for like 20 straight minutes! Putting them
on taking them off. He loves it!)
