new pets

We're getting weirder and weirder here in the Matthews' house. It all started with the compost bin in our backyard (which BTW looks amazing, and is all ready for Ben's garden this summer). But the backyard compost just wasn't enough, apparently. Ben has been studying up and decided red wigglers were the next ticket to an amazing, all-natural, organic garden. So, yep, that's right, no longer a one pet home. Canberra now shares her four year status with one-thousand red wigglers, who eat all the left-overs that don't attract Canberra's interest first (pretty much anything healthy).  Honestly, worms are the most simple, thoughtless, and quiet pet I've ever owned.
