You know you live in Colorado When. . .

Tuesday you're wear shorts and a t-shirt, watching dogs play in the reservoir, and Wednesday you wake up to this! . . .

So we spent the morning much different that usual. Rivers and I cooked chili and cornbread.

Then we headed outside to check out this white fluffy stuff called snow.

Then we built our first snowman of the season.

Then Rivers and Canberra spent the rest of the time eating all the snow that covered the back yard. They loved that stuff!

After finishing up his chili and cornbread Rivs was ready to venture back outside. He pulled on his hat as best he could, grabbed his coat and began banging on the door. It's the worst when nap time comes instead! Maybe later we'll head back outside to play in the snow. I do love days like this too.
